Bouveng and Conner out from yesterday added to Laitinen and Boreen previously and things are looking a little thin.
Dan (the 
announcer) said Conner is a knee injury and Bouveng is an illness. He mentioned Laitinen and Boreen, but didn’t say why they were out.

Yale took a bunch of penalties because they couldn’t handle our speed and skill. They iced the puck over and over because that was their only option, but we were the ones that gave up a goal after an icing, 90 seconds into the game. (I don’t think the problem was Vetter)

Yep 4-0 in conference games and 0-1 in non-conference games. I'll take it.
Every conference point could be important with the Gophers in a tight 3 way battle for first with Ohio State and Wisconsin. The remaining schedule favors the Gophers since they've already played a series against both those teams while those teams still having four conference games left against each other.
Doing some internet sleuthing it sounds like both Laitinen and Dunne are dealing with hand/wrist injuries keeping them out. Hopefully a few weeks off get them close to returning.

I had kind of assumed that Dunne and Nicholson were being red shirted. Feel bad for Dunne. She has had some injury problems, she was in a walking boot a lot of the summer of ‘21.
