Dive there? Pretty obvious hook/trip but on replay he went down easy perhaps.
Maybe, looked like an obvious penalty from behind.
Why did the referee’s not review that Michigan boarding penalty! Usually we have time to mix a drink and grab a snack. Don’t tell me we have competant officials.
Just. Great.
Extra hockey. Woo.

Happened right in front of me. DU player had lost an edge when the hit occurred.
Can imagine the uproar of Denver and Michigan fans scrambling to find ESPNU.
Keep your stick on the ice...
If you’re a fan of one of these teams and your provider has ESPN2 but not ESPNU….oh man…
I set my timer for an extra two hours. Hope that’s enough. ?
I’m torn. I want to kick Michigan’s ass in the final, but I don’t want that lying cheating Mel guy to get anything.
OT means that the Gopher game is almost certainly going to start late.

Earliest would be 8 now.

Hope it doesn't go past my curfew.
Denver has had 3 power plays (two in the last ten minutes of regulation). Michigan has has none the whole game. Does the marble theory dictate that Michigan will get a power play in OT?
Haven't checked out this entire thread, but do we want Denver or Michigan?
Denver for sure.

I hope not. Watch for dives though.

Mel does seem like a sleeze bag.
Not a penalty Barry.

Denver for sure.
John Mariucci would likely disagree. He had a huge feud with the Denver coach in the 1960s as result of believing college teams should support US hockey players rather than take Canadians like Denver was doing. Denver was North Dakota like back then.
Not a penalty Barry.
Not a penalty Barry.
Michigan sure falls down easy.
Some world class whining by Michigan. I feel like they’ve called what they had to and overall it’s been a well called game.
I was planning to let my kids stay up for the whole game. Bed time is usually 9:30.
End this damn game

Tough to draw a penalty when you never touch the puck

Somebody score!!! Do it for the kids.
That’s called a logosnipe.
More time to build up the nerves. No bueno.

Denver missed an open net during a PP in regulation, Hughes blows a breakaway in OT…these guys obviously hate kids
Denver wins 3-2
See ya Mel and all your frigging first rounders
Down goes Michigan!!!!
Wow.
When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.
Young mistake
See ya Mel and all your frigging first rounders
Bonin must be crushed.
Great pass by Brink and finish on the second chance.
The greatest team ever assembled, Mel and Michigan fans…
Keep your stick on the ice...
Suck on it Mel!
Hard work will beat talent, if talent doesn't work hard.
The greatest team in the history of college hockey can’t make it to the championship game
See ya Mel and all your frigging first rounders
His last game as a Michigan coach?
How many do they lose?
What an extraordinarily fun game to watch. Sure, the result is pleasant, but it was just a terrific match up.

If Michigan has any integrity
Was there any explanation on TV for the delay after what I thought was an icing call, with the ice crew coming out and then Michigan taking a timeout?
B1G refs... corrupt, or just incompetent?
How many do they lose?
My guess is Hughes is back but 4/5 will go

Apparently even on an icing they take the TV timeout shovel break in OT.
Then Mel took his timeout because he didn't like the group he would have to put back out on the ice.
As much as I wanted Michigan to win for B1G purposes, I think the Gophers match up better against Denver. Plus, yeah Mel can suck it.
Great pass by Brink and finish on the second chance.
And terrible D coverage by Michigan
Is it wrong that when they showed the young lady in the Michigan jersey crying I laughed?

Is Denver more like Western MIchigan/UMass?
Post game analysis bye ESPN. Hughes is the first guy to have a puck go on end right as he shot, and to have a hard time getting through the neutral zone.
I've grownto strongly dislike Michigan. I've always liked Denver. Happy with that result.
The most talented team ever assembled vs the greatest College Hockey conference of all time. It's a shame someone had to lose.
