I would be careful buying tickets. Might be legit but I wanted to text with someone since they said they would email me photos of the tickets. I thought these were al digital E tickets, Ticketmaster /Scheels is the website, not regular Ticketmaster. I asked for their cell number to text and confirm and it was a Florida number. I decided to pass. Could have been legit, I got tickets from someone else. Feel lucky to have them.

There are still a bunch on the Scheels Arena website that are verified resale through Ticketmaster. But, you better take out a loan to cover the prices of the tickets with fees. Some are starting at $100 for Thursday and some in the club are starting at $400.

I’m interested to see what the lines will look like tomorrow. From a complete fan perspective I would go with the following.

Kurth Moore Wood
Hendrickson Clark Lamb
Begley/Michel J. Mitts Nevers
Play the fourth line sparingly. Probably more just rotate Mittlestadt and Nevers in as needed. Roll seven D and have Whipple be the extra skater. As many have pointed out, we’ll have more timeout time and a day of rest between the two games so you can play those top three lines. All hands on deck and play your game.
Interesting matchup with UMASS. With last line change, which line does Coach Motkzo put up against the Cole O'Hara line? O'Hara is very similar to Aiden Fink (Penn St)or Cole Knuble (Notre Dame)
Ticket prices are dropping fast on Stubhub for the Thursday only session. Around $50 including the fees.
The ones around 50 were gobbled up. Looking at about 70 now.

think the D pairing matters a lot more and is why you won't see 7 Dmen as Norm alludes to given our top 3 pairings all have the ability to play shutdown, though it wouldn't surprise me to see him play an anchor pairing a little more if the game is tight late and shorten Gruba's minutes
This team has all the tools as I have said before. In reality (which doesn't translate in game situations given the fluky nature of hockey) who is in net should be superfluous. We have the talent up front and on the back end. If we play stupid, careless, lazy hockey we will lose to anyone in the tournament. The boys need to bring it hard as a team. The best on paper team rarely wins this thing so you need to be the best team on the ice THAT DAY. We can do that. IF they play the tenacious forechecking with responsible D play that we have seen sometimes they can beat anyone. If we play the 'lets dangle through three defenders' game which we have seen too often (particularly against these trap shut down teams) they will lose. The teams that play the style that will let them win with THE ROSTER THEY HAVE will win. I liked what someone said in some other post about dump and chase vs 'deposit and chase'. One is random, the other is purposeful. We are built for the latter.

to me i think its lack of control while still caring a great deal (probably too much at times if you ask my significant other :D). But yeah i'm way more nervous as a fan than I ever was as a player

With a 5,000+ capacity, 40 suites & 300 club seats in arena primary used by a USHL team, Scheels appears to be an ideal arena size for NCAA Regional, it will be full & rocking tonight!
Huglen loss looks huge as our lines do not look that great to me without him. Never anticipated having to play a defenseman at forward in a NCAA game this season.
I actually like our lines… third line is gonna be sneaky for us.

My guess is that they don’t expect much offense from that line to begin with so might as well double down on defense. Not ideal but I kinda get it.Why not Michel over Begley?

Yeah, you really don’t need 4 lines in the tournament but we also don’t really have a 4th line. We have 2 1st lines and 2 2nd lines
