Omaha having 7 minutes of power play time to 2 minutes of power play time allowed them to grab the lead and force the Gophers to play from behind but the Gophers did a great job coming back out scoring Omaha 3-1 even strength.
When the teams were even strength the Gophers were definitely better.

Clark was out at the beginning of a change with “higher line” players, where he should be. That goal sparked our comeback. Clark deserves more ice time.

That’s what I call holding on for dear life! I couldn’t get last year out of my head for the last 30 seconds. Fifth year guys produced when needed the most. Just pumped and relieved to get through it and live for another day. I think the week off showed early but got their game back only down 1-0 when it coulda been 3-0 easy. Way to battle guys!!
I’m a Brodz hater and he was a liability early but that was a great 3rd period. Somehow the team seems to go as he does.
Coach mixed up the lines today before and during the game. If they lose coach gets criticized for making line changes this time of the season. If the team plays a bad game and he doesn't make line changes people criticize him for not making any changes.
No matter what he does he can't win.

I was pessimistic going into tonight’s game playing against a solid defensive team named “mavericks” we don’t have a good history. I am much more positive going against BU…they are a good matchup for us. We are better defensively and just need to break thru offensively.
