If I recall, this is correct. There's enough of a split between towns that call their main drag 'Main St.' or 'First St.'(Edit: Actually, I think a lot have ceremonial names too) that Second overtakes the two.
Indiana(mostly) did not observe DST until 2006, when the whole state switched over.

Yeah, I remember it being something like second is first, third is second, and first is third. Then Main ends up somewhere else in the top ten or so.
