My guess would be one of Alabama or South Carolina and I'd probably guess AL (assuming the University of Alabama doesn't count ? ).

There’s a relatively new mini-golf place in Bemidji about a five minute walk from the Sanford Center that has great fry bread tacos. In fact, everything we’ve tried there is much better than you’d expect from a mini-golf snack bar.
