Jupiter is just so much closer, that it offsets the effect of the rings making Saturn slightly larger visually (very difficult to notice without a telescope, and the brightness difference tends to wash that out, even for the few people that have good enough eyesight to see it)

Pretty sure you have the list right. Mars can be way brighter than Sirius, but on average, it's dimmer.
