2001 is when the 88 CI version of the Twin Cam came out and that mill doesn't have that uneven syncopated exhaust note.
HD stands for half done. If you correct the factory faults they actually are solid bikes, IMHO.

Yeah, strange situation. The NFL had opposed any kind of expansion for a long time to keep existing franchise values high. So eight franchises got together to form the AFL, including a team from Minneapolis-St. Paul. Then the NFL began offering teams to AFL franchises, hoping if they get two to join, the rest of the AFL would fold. On the eve of the first AFL Draft, which was held in Minneapolis, it was reported that the Minneapolis group would be joining the NFL, which is how the Vikings came to be. Minnesota still selected a team at the AFL Draft, and that team became the Oakland Raiders.
