1) Wonder Woman 198 whatever?  Cloud Atlas, cost a freakin fortune and was a bomb. Probably one of the Matrix films?

I looked it up, and Cloud Atlas is definitely on the list.

The Matrix movies, however, aren’t.  I presume it was because they were still the Wachowski brothers at the time, not sisters.

I looked the answer up too.  Cloud Atlas doesn’t qualify because it wasn’t over $200M.  The top 5 are all over $200M in cost, NOT gross.  I never would have guessed several of the top 5!  Not at all.

No.  Wonder Woman 1984.  Mulan (Live action, not animated) The Eternals. Black Widow. And Brave (This one’s animated).

Seriously…Brave?  I’d never guess that one.  Mulan threw me too.  The first 4 cost over $200M, Brave clocks in at $186M.  And I find it hilarious that of the top 10 most expensive films directed by a woman, the Wachowski sisters hold down 4 spots! ?

Jupiter Rising, Cloud Atlas, Speed Racer and Matrix Reloaded.  None of which were box office successes.  Hollywood is weird.

Brave is awesome. One of my faves. WW1984 sucked. The first one was awesome. Mulan (both animated and live action) were very good. Black Widow was a'ight. Never saw Eternals.

The last line of your post, only saw Reloaded, and I agree that was basically a pile of sh*t.

I loved Brave too, I just had no idea it was so expensive to make!  $186M for a Disney animated film?  I get the live action ones with large casts, CGI, all that.  Like I said, I never would have guessed Brave.  But looking at the list both Frozen films are on it so clearly I’m wrong about animation.

I don't know for a fact, but do they factor in marketing/advertising/etc into the cost? That was the reason the US didn't continue "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" trilogy. It didn't make enough compared to the costs involved.

It still blows my mind that the main voice actress in Brave was the wife in "No Country For Old Men." WTF?!

1. The “U”-shaped hyoid is the only bone in the human body not connected to another bone. In which part of the body can you find the hyoid?

2. Bone marrow produces the solid elements of blood—the blood cells and platelets. But it does not produce the liquid component of blood, which is called… what?

3. What type of tissue is less rigid than bone, less flexible than muscle, and acts as a shock absorber between bones? Hint: It’s what a shark’s skeleton is made of.

4. What five-letter word is Latin for “fold, curve, or hollow,” and now refers to one of the few areas of the human skeleton with air pockets within bone, though you probably only think about it when you’re sick?

5. True or false: Human teeth are bones.
