I'm about the furthest thing from an OSU fan, but I think they're legitimately getting hosed by the refs.
3-1 Q. OSU in trouble
I am not watching anymore (at the airport) but OSU was in trouble at 2-1. They just aren't as good as people think they are. They are a selfish team with a goalie who is a headache. They don't look like a frozen four team.
Not saying Q did either but Ohio State is not a top end squad. And I think Rohlik is part of the issue.

Sounds like it.
4-1 Q. Gues we'll only get 2 B1G teams into the frozen 4 and hopefully the title game.
Q is Mankato east. Right down to the annoying cowbells, ole crap, and boring play.
effective but godawful to watch.

I wouldn't say "the fix was in" on this, but I can certainly see why someone could think so. Horrible officiating.
B1G refs... corrupt, or just incompetent?
There are no "easy" matchups in the final 4, but after watching that game I would not be scared of Q, at least not as much as the #2 pairwise rank would indicate.
Anything can happen in a one and done hockey game, but the Boston and Quinipiac teams that I watched this weekend, are nowhere near the level of Minnesota and Michigan. There are no "easy" matchups in the final 4, but after watching that game I would not be scared of Q, at least not as much as the #2 pairwise rank would indicate.
I have no interest in watching Q hockey. It’s reminiscent of Union hockey in 2014.
Okay this is not relevant but I figure enough eyes are here someone will know the answer. A group of us were discussing and our aging brains are failing - who was the umd player that got tapped in the ankle and launched himself into the air like he could fly? happened during a game against us.
Pretty sure it was Austin FarleyOkay this is not relevant but I figure enough eyes are here someone will know the answer. Was it Austin Farley? That name rings a bell.

I think that sounds correct. Now can someone find the pic/gif?!

I think GE posted right before you asked. ?
Seriously, though, here's the youtube clip...
EDIT: I don't think that's the one you're thinking of. That's the one where Ben Marshall got ejected for a shoulder-to-shoulder hit.

I don’t think that’s the incident in question. It was a BS five and a game on Marshall, but he at least blew him up there.
No one beats Robbie Earl in a diving contest!
Yeah, he literally flings himself Superman style into the air.
5OT used to post the Farley dive.

I have this gif saved on my phone somewhere lol
Also this one
Yasss! @beauner you just made one of my friends so happy - (DXM ha!) must have spent the entirety of the evening Sunday searching online for that.
thanks!
Ps I can’t read the name - is it Farley?
Austin Farley wore number 11. Judging by the fact that number is a 6, it appears to say Jensen - Jim Jensen who only played the 05-06 season.
It fits with the style of jersey we wore back then too.
Damn it does not seem that long ago.
