One team having both pucks at the same time would be a NIGHTMARE for the other team's goalie. 😀
Dumb question - does anyone know if the meters downtown St. Paul are actually still free on Sundays if there is an event? The meter wouldn’t let us pay (at 2:30) and the website isn’t updated past October. We didn’t want to risk it so overpaid for a lot but for future reference….
Leafs are talented, with more defensive structure from Berube, good early season test! Ryan Hartman is such a PEST! Puck went off Hartman chest, then Tavares stick, good goal, big 1st goal
I guess tackling anyone who gets within 15 feet of your net could be considered defensive structure. Reaves going after Hartman there (for being held down for 30 seconds by Benoit) is more than he ever did in a Wild sweater.

Seriously man why do you watch? You seem miserable. Are you watching solely to find stuff to complain about?
Wow, Dirty penalty by Ekman Larson. Wild with 4 minute power play.
What a great backcheck by Spurg to set the GWG in OT. Nice.

Bingo 100%! Great play by Spurgeon & a sweet finish by Boldy! 👍What a great backcheck by Spurg to set the GWG in OT. Nice.

Usually if a meter doesn't let you pay that means it is off.

yea….it wasn’t event time yet and we didn’t want to have to come back later to find out if events on Sundays count. 🤷♀️
Is there an option to watch the Wild that doesn't involve paying a sports gambling enterprise? They are playing well enough I am considering paying the extra fee, but will not if it goes to a sports gambling enterprise.
(It is really troubling, to me, the sheer amount of advertising from BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuel, etc... I take exception to how closely knit it has become with the leagues themselves, such that the odds are found right on NHL.com now. Not only do I not care for gambling, but by officiating in the NCAA I agree that I will not gamble on any sport in which the NCAA sponsors a championship. Many officials still casually gamble on sports, but I don't. I am not interested in supporting, in any way, supporting a sports gambling company)

I get your point, but FanDuel doesn't own the rights to the games. They pay Diamond sports for the naming rights of the station, so Diamond Sports still owns the station and pays the teams for the broadcast rights. It's like 3M Arena @ Mariucci. So no matter what format you get the Wild games on, FanDuel will be "network" so to speak that broadcasts the games.
I'm 50% factual and 50% sarcastic. When you get to know me, you will know which is which.
