Last year in the WS I remember an umpire calling the perfect game according to K zone. For fans who complain about umpire calls. It would be interesting to see if every game was monitored for the last 20 years. Which team got the benefit of miss calls. Pitchers who got strikes called when it should’ve been a ball. And batters who got a ball called when it should’ve been a strike. It would really shut up some fan bases when they boo over every pitch.
And btw… I never understand fans who boo a call from 30 to over 300’ away. Even mgrs in the dugout sitting at an angle.

SUCK IT YANKEES!!
Congrats to the NY Yankees (Los Angeles chapter) on winning the title.
When you tell somebody somethin', it depends on what part of the United States you're standin' in... as to just how dumb you are.
What was the result of that in the game?
Batter was called out. Bettis had control of the ball before the morons ripped the ball out of his glove.
I believe they called fan interference and yes an out.
That could be, all I saw was the replay on SportsCenter while at the gym (so no sound), and it clearly showed that Bettis had control of the ball before the ball was ripped out of his glove.

I thought the umps had a helluva series. They were as dialed in as the Dodgers.Last year in the WS I remember an umpire calling the perfect game according to K zone. The story of last night's game was the extra 4 or so outs the Yankees gave to LA.
Cole was having a career night but stumbled in the 5th, as did his team behind him. Judge peaks over his glove, Volpe didn't set his feet, and Cole made no attempt to cover first. Yikes.
No panic in the Dodgers. They kept playing and had one professional at bat after another, plus 3 strong innings at the end from their pitchers.
