Not sure if this is the place but Aaron Ness taken off the ice on a stretcher. Lost an edge and went into boards headfirst. Pretty ugly. Apparently he’s okay.

That happened Friday. As far as I’ve heard he was released from the hospital the next day but the nature of his injuries were not disclosed.

Blame it on choosing to live in wisconsin.

1. Boeser (.83 PPG) – Young and likely to go up

2. Wheeler (.81 PPG) – Will be interesting to see which way it goes the next few years

T3. Guentzel (.78 PPG) – Young and likely to go up

T3. Parise (.78 PPG) – Likely going downwards

5. Oshie (.71 PPG) – Similar to Wheeler. Could go either way

Mittelstadt is our best hope to pick up the Gopher slack from Wheeler/Kessel/Vanek getting up there in age. Hopefully by next year he can produce at these levels. Other than him we’ll see how Walker and Brink pan out in terms of NHL potential.
