Because even at less than 100%, he’s still good enough to make the cut at Majors?

We’ll see what he does. The US Open is about 3 1/2 weeks away, maybe too soon. The British Open is in mid-July and at St.Andrew’s, which is pretty flat. Maybe a better opportunity and he’s won The Open there twice.
