Yep… I messed my back up the first week of March.  Happened a Friday afternoon at work right before I left.  I really didn’t realize it unitil Saturday morning.  I could barely move.  Found a chiropractor open on a Saturday and by evening time, I could not walk.  I could not walk all Sunday and very little with crutches on Monday.  By Tuesday I could move and had crutches just in case.  It was not fun.
