That was only the beginning…then the fans knocked a panel of glass in the penalty box down on to the attendant who was knocked unconscious and stretchered out. When they finally restarted there was a bloody 5 minute major on BOS.
And this is the real reason they don’t want fans banging on the glass, not just because it’s annoying (which it really is too)
Although, I did have the one time at Mariucci that one of the linesmen asked me to give a pane a good shove because it was out of alignment.
