BlackStack is a definite niche brewery in my eyes. They do a good job in their wheelhouse, but I totally get that many people won’t like it
I don’t know that a primarily IPA and sour brewery can be considered niche.
I will drink IPA but I am much more into lagers and stouts. I think I’ve had a total of 1 or 2 Blackstack beers total as a result
