Or, Michigan, MSU-M, Western MI, and North Dakota (double counting a couple of NCHC teams, I know) – if you want to go by who is ahead of them in the PWR.
They were a .500 team (literally) until 3 weeks ago. They haven’t proven they’re the best at anything *yet*, but certainly look very good.
It depends on your priorities but for me an NCAA title banner would be worth about 25-50 Big Ten banners. So if you’re looking over the past x years, that’s why they will be ranked first.
I see you had quoted before I updated that post to “over the last 5 to 10 years”.
