Slow, trying to avoid injury, but a body on the ice
All of us these days. I used to think everyone else on GPL was “older” but, looking at the ages, it’s safe to say we’re all older now.

I’m on week 3 of my Apple Fitness+ workouts, today was a bear with dumbell squats, reverse lunges, deadlifts, side lunges, sumo squats… by the skate I might be able to have good knee bend for 2 shifts.
Stop using 12 oz. weights here… those are only good for trying to improve your beer drinking prowess.

Are you using the decreasing weight program with each curl? Amazing how that increases one’s tolerance.
Well, of course. As the reps continue, it gets lighter every time, but then gets a reset a while later.
