Ha… I thought someone update the ages of everyone on the signups, you made me look.

I’m on week 3 of my Apple Fitness+ workouts, today was a bear with dumbell squats, reverse lunges, deadlifts, side lunges, sumo squats… by the skate I might be able to have good knee bend for 2 shifts.

Stop using 12 oz. weights here… those are only good for trying to improve your beer drinking prowess. :mrgreen: :wink:

I don’t know about you, but for me it’s usually the 16oz curl :drinks2:

Are you using the decreasing weight program with each curl? Amazing how that increases one’s tolerance.

Well, of course. As the reps continue, it gets lighter every time, but then gets a reset a while later.
