I’m on week 3 of my Apple Fitness+ workouts, today was a bear with dumbell squats, reverse lunges, deadlifts, side lunges, sumo squats… by the skate I might be able to have good knee bend for 2 shifts.
Stop using 12 oz. weights here… those are only good for trying to improve your beer drinking prowess.
