And honestly 5 million a year is nothing to scoff at especially if you get to live in Miami over Kansas City.
Not to mention I am sure he can save quite a bit of cash in not paying state income tax in Florida. No idea what the tax rate is in NJ/NY or KS but I’m positive when tens of millions a year are involved it adds up.
