::Our little 70’s neighborhood has about two dozen homes. We moved in just under ten years ago and since then probably at least 75% – 80% of the homes have been re-sold. Over the last five years it’s been a lot more young families moving in. The newer neighborhoods around us always have a handful of homes for sale. There’s one street with the big fancier houses, probably worth half a mil each, that’s about the only street I haven’t seen homes for sale on during the past decade.
