Yes, they COULD change the policy, but it hasn’t changed in 10 years that I’ve been here, so I’m not too worried. Paying about $1.25/sq foot in Minnetonka, vaulted ceilings, W/D in unit, nice patio, really quiet complex….can’t complain.
