Death Valley once hit 134 degrees in 1913. It could come close to that later this week there :shock:

The hottest temperature I have personally experienced was 115 at Luke AFB in Arizona while watching the Air Force Thunderbirds. This was almost 35 years ago so strong sunscreens were not available. That severe sunburn likely started me down the path of the numerous skin cancers I have had removed
