Good bets are Gamestop, Best Buy, and Target. Check the ads, a lot of games go on sale or have gift card bonuses!
I usually dl games via Steam or Origin nowadays. The manuals (or lack thereof) have convinced me that it’s not worth having a physical copy of the game. They have sales once in awhile that make it worthwhile – for example, I got BF3 for 1/2 price during the black friday weekend from Origin.
