The people filing the lawsuit don’t say; just that they ran it through the TunaTester5000 or whatever and it came back ‘NO TUNA’ or any other kind of fish. I’d wait for a second source or for the lawsuit to actually be resolved before drawing any firm conclusions on that.
That’s putting it mildly. Claiming that it isn’t tuna, without saying what your tests actually show it is composed of seems unusual.
That’s was my question, the lawsuit is very vague. Say what it is if it isn’t tuna. Or is it a variety of tuna, hence my walleye-zander reference. Remember that brewhaha a while back?
