Stopped into Pub 819 today for Sunday lunch/brunch, as usual. Was going to cash in my reward points for Pappy Van Winkle 15YO. Bartender grabbed the bottle, and said, we only have 1/4-1/3 oz left, not really saleable. I asked if they could pro-rate the cost. She checked with the mgr, mgr saw who was ordering it, and said, “It’s on the house.”

Yes, it was as delicious as I remember it.
