I am heavy on the learning curve, given that it’s been many years since I worked retail. Baby steps, baby steps. Upselling without bullsh*tting the customer.

One example of learning: I am told to try and learn one style of wine each day I work. Holy crap, I knew I knew nothing, but I know less than that (and I realize it).
