We are interviewing people for a new position and have had three great candidates out of four interviews so far. I had a clear front runner until today’s candidate. She had to knock my socks off and did.

I don’t know how many interviews I’ve done over the years. I usually dislike the process, but I think this is the first time I feel we have a win/win/win situation.
