Was going to ask what type of pork, shoulder or something else
To get true pulled pork, you need a shoulder (Boston butt) but I have pulled other pork roasts too but not enough fat or meat muscles to be good.
I thought pork shoulder and butts were similar, but apparently not after doing some research. For pulled pork like above, likely need a butt not a shoulder.
You are right, I fixed my recipe. I used a butt, not a shoulder.
