I am sure it can’t be difficult or maybe one at all, but I watched someone use OJ on a BBQ show just today and I assume the acidic character and mild sweetness can only bring more joy to pulled pork! I think I have 6 butts in my freezer still from this fall when they were on sale for $1.29/lb.
