Went to Luce Line tonight and since I wasn’t driving I fully sampled:

Cuyana Hard Tail: B

Foggy Bottom: B+

I do like the location. Guarantee lots of people who like beer in that immediate area (for those that don’t know, it’s smack dab in the center of a light industrial area). Haven’t been there, only drove by, and looks like a nice space, especially the patio. Your grades are about what I have heard, and that is good news.
