I would concur with that opinion. There are some “dank” IPAs out there, that are similar.

New Belgium made a beer called The Hemperor for a few years and are still making what they call HPAs or at least with that idea in mind. It’s not an accident. I have a good friend who’s a long time NB employee…there will be some big news coming from them soon.
