My dad when to Gustavus for homecoming and they had kegs of Castle Danger and another brewery that I don’t recall as both are owned by graduates.

If you could only drink from one brewery for rest of your life which one would it be? For the sake of the discussion pretend you could buy from it regularly no matter where you live.
