Bizarre, but nice old-timey movie. I wasn’t sure if I would like it, but it was satisfying. A piece or two didn’t match up until the very ending, quite the homage to that era of movie-making. 2.5 hours, AND you have to be in the mood for such a movie, but once you’re there, yeah, go for it. I think you’d be pleased.
Side note: It does help if you’ve seen “Freaks” or American Horror Story (the carnival one), to understand how that culture works.
