A bank teller discovers that he’s actually an NPC inside a brutal, open world video game.
Well, this is a live-action Wreck It Ralph, or maybe even a fun Matrix, and there is nothing wrong with that. A simple, fun movie and you don’t even have to be a gamer to enjoy it (I’m not a gamer, at all). I thought it translated well, bouncing between the real world and the gaming world, and sometimes what a blur it is to some people out there.
2 hours long, which kind of surprised me, figured this movie would clock on at 90 minutes or so, but not a minute is overblown or wasted. I’d recommend it for something different.
