I'm assuming it was Whenesota. There's a gentleman by that name who is on twitter and chronicles the "joy" of being a MN sports fan. Also has written a book maybe?! I don't know much, just that it crosses by feed now and again.

He has written at least one book, and that was on the MN Fighting Saints. It's pretty good
