Barriball out for season

Gopher Senior Jay Barriball suffered what looks like a season ending knee injury in practice on Tuesday. According to reports, a collision with Sam Loftquist late in practice appears to be the culprit. This is a huge blow to a team that has struggled getting their offense going this season. Jay was expected to be one of their leading scorers and his talent will be greatly missed. Jay will be eligible to get a medical hardship since he has only played in a few games.
